Customer Service & Creative Consultant position
|
Small business environment requires special person with great customer service skills. We are looking for a mature dynamic individual with a positive attitude, eager to learn, initiative and a creative flair for candle centerpiece designs. Will train the right person!

Duties |

Invoicing using Quickbooks
-
Answer customer telephone calls
-
Customer consultations
-
Respond to customer inquiries by email or phone

Attend to showroom customers
-
Cashier duties
-
Mail catalogs
-
Assist customers with returns
-
Cross check orders ready to ship in warehouse

Qualifications |
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Some computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be a team player
- High school diploma or GED required
|
Particulars
|
- This is a permanent position
- Hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday
- Simple IRA after 3 months
- Vacation accrues after 3 months
- Closed major holidays (when UPS is closed)
- Closed at Christmas
- Employee discount 35%
