How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not reimbursible. Please call or email Surroundings for a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number.

Product is returned at customer's expense. Please write your return authorization number on outside of package and include order or invoice number with your return, to ensure proper credit. We will credit your account for merchandise received only within 3 days of receipt, less restocking and shipping fees. There is a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns. Restocking fees may be higher when attempting to return items outside our return policy. Returned merchandise must be received within 3 weeks of issuance of your Return Authorization Number. Product must be received in good condition for resale. It is a good idea to make sure your package is insured as no credit will be given for damaged items.
